Return & Refund Policy — ThickTimber T-shirt Company

Because every ThickTimber product is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Ordering the wrong color or style

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

What we do cover:

We stand behind the quality of every ThickTimber product. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — no hassle.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund you must:

  • Contact us at support@thicktimber.com within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion. You do not need to return the original item.

Lost or undelivered orders:

If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.

If an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, ThickTimber T-shirt Company cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages.
